Open a new account / become a member

To be eligible for membership, you have to be an employee or retiree of Lufthansa German Airlines or a relative of a Lufthansa employee or retiree. Lufthansa affiliated companies are also eligible for membership. Please contact us should you have any questions.

Instructions:

Please print out and complete the following:

• New Account Form
• W-9 Form
• Copy of government issued photo ID (Drivers Licence or Passport)
• Transfer on Death Agreement if you wish to designate a beneficiary
• IRA Form (if applicable)
  
  

Please return all forms to: Lufthansa Federal Credit Union, 1640 Hempstead Tpk, East Meadow, NY 11554. Also, make sure you read the "Truth in Savings" provisions.
